Originally from Dartmouth, Mass., Chuck drove his car over Independence Pass in 1974 and planted roots in Aspen. He started his career by holding nearly every job title associated with the property management and vacation rental industries, and shortly moving into real estate sales. Today, Chuck provides his real estate clients with a true local’s perspective. Chuck has developed many luxury properties, marketed and sold many homes or condominiums and learned all the nuances of the Aspen market while managing hundreds of local properties. Chuck helps his clients navigate Aspen’s dynamic real estate market so they find the right property for their life style. Chuck also maintains an active role in his property management and vacation rental business at Frias Properties of Aspen. With a deep love of the Aspen community, Chuck has served on local charitable boards including the Aspen Chamber Resort Association, Aspen Valley Hospital, Meadowood Homeowners Association, Aspen Child care advisory, Aspen Valley Hospital Foundation, Aspen School District Finance Board, and Aspen Lodging Association. A devoted father, husband, skier, golfer, and biker, Chuck lives in the Meadowood neighborhood with his wife, Marilyn.
