Having grown up in Aspen, Terrence quickly became passionate and proud of the intangible advantages and benefits of his hometown. Recognizing this, he has always longed to help people experience all that Aspen has to offer. With his roots firmly planted in Aspen and Colorado as a whole, he knew he would ultimately end up planting his flag in this unparalleled community. Terrence attended Western Colorado University where he was a member of the only Collegiate Mountain Rescue team in the nation and earned his degree in Recreation and Outdoor Education with a minor in Sociology. His passion for sharing experiences in the natural environment fueled his pursuit of becoming an international mountain guide. Following this dream, Terrence spent years travelling the world, climbing mountains, building friendship and creating lasting memories. His time in the mountains of Argentina, Chile, Alaska, Japan, and the Republic of Georgia not only reminded him of how special Aspen is but reignited how intensely he wishes to share his hometown with others. Outside of real estate, he finds great fulfillment and humility in giving back to the community. Having worked as an Advanced Ski Patroller at Aspen Highlands, an Aspen Volunteer Firefighter, a high-altitude mountain guide, high angle ropes rescue technician, and an Emergency Medical Technician, his passion for putting others’ needs and interests first is unwavering. In addition, for the past 14 years, Terrence has volunteered for the Aspen Buddy Program where he assists at-risk youth in building leadership qualities, inspiring them to harness the initiative and drive to better themselves and those around them and ultimately pursue growth opportunities otherwise unknown. He aspires to bring this same passion to the process of finding you your home. Terrence is eager to provide his extensive knowledge of Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley as a whole with you and do whatever it takes to provide you the opportunity to relish in all that Aspen has to offer and the unparalleled benefits of being a homeowner in Aspen.
