Having spent over 35 years working in the luxury Colorado resort real estate markets of Aspen, Vail and Beaver Creek, Tom offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to both buyers and sellers of high-end properties. Tom is a skilled sales strategist with a keen understanding of branding and marketing techniques that attract luxury buyers from around the globe. He is a strong voice, a closer and is best known for his signature drive and tenacity. Tom has a proven track record in luxury project/development marketing, having achieved sales in excess of $85MM. Most recently, he lead the sales and marketing for the Shadowrock Townhomes, a LEED certified residential development near Basalt which saw record prices for the area. Tom possesses knowledge of all aspects of real estate development including site selection, development rights, design, construction and finance. His breadth of knowledge and comprehensive approach to project sales makes him an invaluable member of any development team. Tom is a native Minnesotan who was educated at the University of Colorado, Boulder and the University of Minnesota. He has called Colorado home since 1980.
