Tracy grew up in Palm Beach, FL. She attended Palm Beach Public and then The Benjamin School for high school. Tracy moved to Aspen immediately following her graduation from the University of Arizona in Tucson, where she studied International Business, which included a semester abroad at the Université de Grenoble in Grenoble, France. Moving to Aspen in 1994, Tracy worked in her family’s real estate investment and hotel management company in Aspen for over 10 years. During that time, she developed a comprehensive knowledge of both the commercial and residential real estate market in the Aspen area. She and her husband Bubba met in Aspen walking their dogs along Hopkins St. They have two children, Elle and Brett and have lived in the West End for over 15 years. Tracy especially appreciates the lifestyle, the community and the outdoors. She loves to run, hike, skin, ski, and play tennis and golf ... she is passionate about the endless activities here in the mountains and that there is something for everyone.
