The Team #1 in Rental Volume 10 Years in a Row Over $30 Million in Sales Year to Date

The real estate market in the upper Roaring Fork Valley continues to demonstrate high prices and low inventory across single family homes, condos, and townhomes. By the end of July, the sold volume for single family homes was up 17% in Aspen, but the number of sales was down by 21%, with average sold price being 48% higher than it was at the end of July 2023. In the mid Roaring Fork Valley, the average sale price continues to rise due to persistent low inventory, but overpriced listings sit on the market for a time and have to undergo price reductions before selling. The overall demand for single family homes in the mid Roaring Fork Valley seems lower this year, which could be due to persistently high interest rates and it being an election year. The under $1,000,000 market of condos and townhomes continues to be robust, driven by buyers looking for lower-maintenance and more reasonably priced options in these desirable mountain towns.
