Real estate has continued to remain steady, as we had hoped. In the first half of the year, single family home prices in Aspen averaged over $3,500/square foot, with Snowmass condo prices closing the gap with Aspen. While seller confidence remains reasonably high, a growing supply of ultra-luxury listings in Aspen and historic highs in Snowmass will be key trends to watch in the months ahead. We have also seen rental inquiries increase for the holiday season and winter months, reflecting what we hope is continued demand from those who want to experience our world-class lifestyle.
