Homes in Aspen are taking an average of 193 days to sell, signaling a slightly longer timeline, yet strong demand and continued price appreciation highlight the resilience of this market. Snowmass Village is also performing exceptionally well, with 161 active listings and a notable 30.5% annual price increase.
