More than 500 tenants placed, 300 landlords served and over $160M in sales

We recently had the pleasure of meeting with the Chalet Alpina team to preview their vision for the Lift 1A area. From the creators of Costa Palmas, Chalet Alpina is set to become a landmark destination at the base of Aspen Mountain. This transformative project will reimagine that corner of Aspen, with plans to excavate 70 feet below the surface and relocate the historic Skiers Chalet to make way for a visionary new development. The masterplan includes thoughtfully designed restaurants, a ski museum, a limited collection of ski-in/ski-out residences, and distinctive fractional ownership opportunities.
 
Memberships will unlock a curated world of adventure, wellness, and exclusive dining and social experience, crafted to foster connection and community at the heart of Aspen. We anticipate having an update on pricing by December 2025 and will be sure to keep you informed as more details become available.
