Spring Valley Ranch encompasses an approximate 228 +/- acres of vacant land that is formulated by diverse terrain and topography. Along the bottom near the perimeter, the ranch includes a natural spring that produces an efficient amount of water for irrigation and stock water usage. As the terrain inclines upward, the land consists of thick oak brush hills with open meadows dispersed throughout the bench and atop the hill with densely covered drainages that feed back toward the bottom. From the top at an approximate 7200 feet, the ranch overlooks the surrounding valley and displays some remarkable panoramic views!

Speaking of hunting, the ranch does qualify for the Landowner Preference Program for deer with over-the-counter elk tags available for private land only in 2nd and 3rd season.
